This wine is an homage to Ron's grandfather Dominic and his Italian heritage. Like a true super Tuscan this wine has a rustic character from the start. Highlighting notes of oregano, and mesquite alongside layers of strawberry jam, plum and cherry. This wine has a lovely balance of delicate tannins and fresh acidity that leads to a long mineral driven finish.
