2019 Estate Syrah

With notes of cola and a mix of cranberries, raspberries and black cherries, this wine also has notes of anise, rhubarb pie while showing plenty of flavor through its nimble frame. Bright acid and a velvety long smooth finish highlight the chalky minerality that runs throughout the entire palate. The acid in this wine makes it a favorite for most dishes however a favorite of ours is pan seared duck served alongside a parsnip mash.
